After three great days of sailing and a total of 6 races, Jørgen Schönherr (DEN) & Markus Koy prevailed over juniors Max Kohlhoff (NRV) & Ole Burzinski (FSC) in a very close final. Reinhard Schmidt (MYC) & Niels Hentschel (SLSV) followed in third place after the second junior team Jan Borbet (MYC) & Jesper Spehr (SVMG) bowed out of the podium fight early with a BFD in the last race. With a total of 40 star boats, participants from Sweden, Denmark and Holland, the first ★ BIG(3) event was a great success! Many thanks to the great supporters of the Starboat class, who always make such events possible for us!
Now two more super ★ BIG(3) events will follow. For Act II we are heading south to the Munich Yacht Club and then to Muiden, Holland in early October.
